Our sliding scale was created loosely using guidelines from WIC. Each clinician has a limited amount of sliding scale spots available. You must provide a copy of the previous years’ tax return or three months’ worth of pay stubs to showing you make less than the listed amount to qualify for reduced fees on the Sliding Fee Scale.
